Arrival & Check-In

Arrive ~20 minutes before your scheduled dive/swim time, show your ticket and ID, sign the waiver and get briefed by staff.

Instructors show you basic dive techniques, safety rules and equip you with gear.

Depending on your ticket: ✔ Walk the underwater balcony, ✔ Snorkel on the surface, ✔ Dive to 12 m (Discover Scuba), or ✔ Certified deeper dive.

Snorkelling Experience: Great for beginners to observe the underwater environment from the surface.

Scuba Diving Adventures

Discover Scuba Dive: Designed for participants with no previous dive certification — includes basic training and exploration up to ~12 m deep.
Certified divers can dive deeper and explore more of the underwater structures based on their certification level.

Age & Requirements

Minimum age is generally 10 years for scuba experiences.
Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Participants must be comfortable in water — some medical declaration forms may be required before diving.
Bring a valid photo ID (passport or Emirates ID) for check-in.
